Frequently asked questions

Is the RF Facial Device FDA cleared?

Yes. The nicebeam RF Facial Device is one of five nicebeam devices listed as FDA cleared.

What does it do?

It combines radio frequency, EMS and red light in a single handheld device for at-home facial care. It is designed to support skin firmness, elasticity and the look of fine lines with consistent use.

How do I use it?

Charge it fully, cleanse and dry your face, and apply a water-based conductive gel. Select a mode as described in the user manual and glide the device over the skin for 10–15 minutes, keeping it moving. For the under-eye area, use EYE mode as described in the user manual, and do not apply the device over the eyeball or eyelid. Remove the gel afterward and apply your skincare. Do not use it while it is charging.

How often should I use it?

The product page recommends 2–3 sessions per week, 10–15 minutes each. Many people find that consistent use over 4–8 weeks gives the most visible change. Results vary from person to person.

Do I need a gel?

Yes. Conductive gel is not included and is needed for effective RF use. Water-based serum, aloe vera gel or glycerin-based gel can be used. Avoid oil-based products.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge takes about 3 hours over Type-C and gives up to 1 hour of use, which is enough for several sessions.

Who should talk to a healthcare professional first?

Do not use the device over active acne breakouts, open wounds or areas with metal implants, and do not use it during pregnancy. If you have a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, talk to your doctor before use. If you have any health concern, check with a healthcare professional first. This device does not replace medical care.

What is the warranty and return policy?

The RF Facial Device carries a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. You can also try the device at home for 30 days with a money-back guarantee. Light use is OK. If you return it complete, with accessories and the original box, you receive a full refund, and US customers get a prepaid return label.

How fast does shipping arrive?

Standard shipping is free. The device ships from the United States, and most US orders arrive in 5–7 business days.
